Can I create a shortcut on my desdtop to my Outlook calendar? I have a PDA (Palm OS 5) that uses the calendar from Outlook and I would like to be able to create a shortcut so that I do not have to log into my e-mail account any time that I need to check the calendar.

One user I have has a pretty interesting problem. When some one sends a appt request to her and she responds to it in any way, outlook goes to 90% cpu for like 5 minutes, then the popup for send response or not comes up. Click OK on that and another couple of minutes but this time ...

I've been using Outlook XP and just got a new PC with Outlook 2003. I did a "find" in my contacts and now I my calendar is shown in a list (Subject/Location/Start/End/Recurrence) - kinda like how Tasks usually works.

There is no other way to delete duplicated holidays except by going to view/events and deleting them? You'd have to go through all upcoming years of holidays!!! Anyone know a better/easier way?

When I try to enter info into the calendar i get a message, "Could not save item, the messageing interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists restart Outlook." I have reinstalled and ran repair but to no avail. Tasks also does not work

I have one user on an SBS 2003 domain who is grayed out when other users try to send a meeting request to him from Outlook 2003, and all other users are grayed out in the Scheduling window if he is the one trying to send a meeting request.
