In Outlook calendar, I assign categories to appointments, such as medical me or medical spouse. How can I view a list of all appointments in 'medical me' for instance. I can do this in the Works Calendar but can't find how to do this in Outlook Calendar.

Since installing sp1 for office 2003, I can no longer access Resource scheduling settings. (Tools ->Calendar Options->Resource Scheduling). When I click the Resource Scheduling button I get the error message 'The operation failed'.
