In  Outlook calendar, I assign categories to appointments, such as medical me
or medical spouse. How can I view a list of all appointments in 'medical me'
for instance. I can do this in the Works Calendar but can't find how to do
this in Outlook Calendar.

I need to support an offsite user.  I found out today that he cannot accept
or deny calendar invites. He gets the following message,
"This meeting is not in the Calendar; it may have been moved or deleted."

minutes, and again when Outlook shuts down.
Does this really mean that Outlook republishes the data even if no change

I received an email containing a meeting request from an external party but
the information comes through as an attachment - eg: Meeting.ics  
My Outlook 2000 does not open the attachment even though I have specified
the program (Outlook) to be used to open such a file extension.  ...

Outlook 2000-SP3.  I am a delegate for another person's calendar and accept
and decline her meeting requests.  Currently I am experiencing that when an
"Updated Meeting" notice comes through that changes the date/time of a
meeting, there is NO REFERENCE to the original meeting ...

Since installing sp1 for office 2003, I can no longer access Resource
scheduling settings. (Tools ->Calendar Options->Resource Scheduling). When I
click the Resource Scheduling button I get the error message 'The operation
failed'.
