Hello, I have all my users using ftp to a server to post their
free/busy info.  I am having a problem with 2 of the users that i
cannot figure out.
1.)  1st user sends a meeting request to people, and they receive an

I was able to import the data from the microsoft website of the holidays and
sports. I would like to add data I have researched from my local city.  Is
there a way of doing this without adding each event seperately?

Hello, when i paln a meeting mine and one other peples info is fine but after
feb for three others it comes up as no information, no free/busy information
could be retrieved, what could the problem be, please help!

I have converted Outlook calendars to web pages for several months, but now
that I'm working on 2005 calendars the dates are off when I convert.  My
Saturday events are coming up on Friday.  Any ideas?

I can't seem to set up appointments in my calendar. They will show up in my
archived calendar but my active calendar only shows in the catagories view.

When I cancel a meeting for which a resource has been booked. That
appointment remains in the resource's calendar with "Canceled:" tacked on it
in the subject. What am I missing here to make the appointment disappear
from the resource's calendar. Or is this behavior by design?

In more specific terms than my previous post....
Our Executive Admins manage the calendars for others. All of then have their
own mailbox as well have Editor rights to the account for the purposes of
sending and reading mail, and administering the calendar.

Why do banners for non-recurring events disappear in Calendar?20 Dec 2004 11:36 GMT2
In Outlook 2003, all Calendar events whether recurring or not appear as
banners in Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview.  But the banners disappear for
non-recurring events in Day/Week/Month view without AutoPreview.  Why is
this?  It is very confusing with multi-day events.

When 1 user drags and drops a email to the task folder to assign task with
the attached email to it, the task goes out fine. When the task arrives in

Outlook 2000 splits my contacts list when I view by location20 Dec 2004 01:19 GMT3
I have 509 people in my contacts lists in Outlook 2000.  When i view them by
location, Outlook splits the contact list.  I have looked for a reason for
this, but I can not find anything that is different between the 2 lists.  
What am I missing?
