It was asked of me today if the outlook calendar could show a year at a
glance. I took it on as a challenge! I know you can have different views, but
not really sure if it's capable of a whole year. So, can you? Is it something
that can be done?

I have an appointment that occurs alot, but with somewhat random dates.
Rather than create many (40) seperate appointments, I would like to be
able to create a single appointment with a reoccurance that allows me to
just pick and choose the dates.

Is it possible to share an Outlook caledar with someone on a network server,
but without Exchange.

During import, how can I map 2 or more excel fields into the catagory field
in outlook calendar? It seems to only accept one field.  

I would like to export an excel list into the calendar.  Is there a way to

We have experienced problems when assistants leave the company wherein they
have scheduled many meetings using Outlook on behalf of their boss.  When
they are gone there is no way to update a meeting notice.  Is there a way to
assign someone else to meeting activities of someone ...

I'd like to add all of the dates I have listed in my contact folder on the
calendar.

Example - If a birthday is scheduled for February 1 as an all day event, and
is supposed to occur every year, the event populates in my calendar for 2
days, not just February 1.

Is it possible to have the day of the year display in the calendar as in 365
for December 31st?

In Outlook 2002 secretary creates new appointment for the boss but doesn't
want him to get an invite, just to be able to see it on his calendar.  I know
about "Don't send meeting to this attendee" on the scheduling tab but would
like it to default to "Don't send".  Any ideas?

Is there a way to print a daily calendar with several people's events on it?  
We have 14 attorney's and it would be more productive to print a calendar to
look at on a daily basis.

I am wondering if there is a way that I can create various schdules for my

For example Accounting Department, Estimating Department,Delivery Department
