It was asked of me today if the outlook calendar could show a year at a
glance. I took it on as a challenge! I know you can have different views, but
not really sure if it's capable of a whole year. So, can you? Is it something
that can be done?

I have an appointment that occurs alot, but with somewhat random dates.
Rather than create many (40) seperate appointments, I would like to be
able to create a single appointment with a reoccurance that allows me to
just pick and choose the dates.

In Outlook 2002 secretary creates new appointment for the boss but doesn't
want him to get an invite, just to be able to see it on his calendar.  I know
about "Don't send meeting to this attendee" on the scheduling tab but would
like it to default to "Don't send".  Any ideas?
