exists, but I'd rather have separate files that I can call up if I need
something from say 2003 and then, when found, close the file and ...

Hours displayed in outlook 2003 calendar20 Jan 2005 06:24 GMT1
Is it possible to suppress hours of the day I do not wish to see (or use)?
For example, no matter what "view" I select, I am compelled to "scroll" thru
times of the day that are not used: i.e, midnite thru 5am, even though the
"color" is darker.

I understand how to add a viewer to see my calendar.  Is there a way to

Is it at all possible to send out a meeting invite without disclosing the
attendees to everyone? A bit like BCC-ing an e-mail.
We want to schedule a 'surprise' meeting where people can't see who else is
invited.
