I am getting reminders for a meeting event I have already deleted. Outlook tells me it cannot dismiss and that I will continue to get reminders. How do I extricate myself from this dilema? Outlook 2002 SP3.

I enter birthdays for individuals in the detail section of Contacts. However, when I go to my calendar the birthdays do not show up. Is there a way to make them show up automatically, or do I need to set up a birthday as an event?

Outlook should automatically enable/disable "out of the office assistant" based on calendar events categorized as "out of the office." I can't think of anyone who wouldn't benefit from this feature. Does any one know of an add-in that would accomplish this? Anything free?

When holidays are imported into Outlook, a reminder should be automatically added 1 business day before the holiday so Outlook reminds you about each holiday. After all importing holidays isn't really useful unless you can be notified about them in advance!

I want to retain my appointments (not recurring ones - all the others) in my 2004 calendar but when I go back before October 2004, they have all disappeared. How do I make them stay so I can review what I did in 2004 if I need to?
