I can enter appointments into Outlook 2003, but when I synch with my iPAQ they don't show up. This also happens when I enter them into the iPAQ and synch with Outlook. Does not happen with all appointments. Any suggestions?

Outlook 2003, I can't get the window to make a new appointment to come up. I have used the various methods.

I work in a Call Center doing graveyard shifts, I'd like my co-workers to know the time I get in and out, from 9pm to 9 am. A lot of Call Centers operate in the evening in a lot of countries and use MS Outlook 2003. Let's have this feature included.

A client cannot create new Outlook appointments. When they try to save them they get an error and Outlook closes. My company has Versions of Office from 2000 - 2003. This error occurs on all versions (Only OS available is 2000 SP4 at this time). The error details are:
