We have a secretary who needs to simultaneously see the schedules for two
executives.  If possible, one exec could be shaded/colored differently in the
calendar.  Is this possible?

Can anyone tell me how I can change  the default duration of new
appointments. At the moment the default is one hour.
ie. if I enter a start time of 07:30 Outlook 2003 inserts a finish time of
08:30.

I am a CPA and am trying to replace my DayTimer that I have used for 25 years
to do 2 things:
1.  Set appointments for the future
2.  Record time spent on client tasks so I can bill the client.

How can I get text in calendar to word wrap so all text shows in month and/or
print view without changing font to so small a size I can't read it?  Can
size of daily cells be altered?

Is there a way to turn off double booking in public calendars?  
We had someone book an event, and two people didn't see it and also book two
separate appts.
