When I create a new appointment in my Calendar it doesn't automatically put a tick in the reminder box. On other peoples machines it does - i cannot seem to find anything that allows this to happen.

We are running Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2002 client on around 40 PCs on the network. We have created some shared calendars in public folders and we wish to email our sales guys their calendars (as we control the calendars for them).

Outlook AutoArchive should not archive recurring calendar items, unless all occurrences of the item exist in the past (counting from the date when AA is run). Otherwise valid future instances of scheduled events get removed from the calendar.

My office has an internal calendar to coordinate group tasks. Appointments entered in this calendar do not generate reminders for individuals. I want to be able to set each individual's Outlook so he or she generates appointments and these are automatically copied to the group ...

I have two Personal Folders. I have created a new Personal Folder. How to transfer/move/copy items in one of the old P.F. (e.g. Calendar, Contacts) to my new Personal Folder and items from the other old Personal Folder (e.g. inputs, deleted, sent,...) to the new Personal Folder?

When I initially open my calendar on Outlook it appears as a list. The only way I can change the calendar is to access another colleague's calendar then click mine and then click to 5 day week display. How can I display the calendar to show 5 day week as default?

Why do I have 2 calendars? One just says "Calendar" the other says "Calendar Inbox - my name"? I only want one calendar! Please tell me how to get delete so I only have one!

Hi. Is there a way to uncheck something so the taskpad and monthly calendar are not in view in calendar? I know you can drag so they are hidden, but is there a setting under a menu to hide them without dragging them? Thanks.

Is there any way that I can get a meeting to show on someone's calendar, without inviting them as an optional attendee? I need people to be aware that a meeting is going on, but they do not need to actually attend. Please help!

..........in my email client when I try to open the attachment sent from Outlook. Could the reason be because I have opened the attachment AFTER the meeting has taken place? Anyone have any ideas of why this could have happened?

We are still using Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2003, some executives and their admin who have delegate rights report calendar items are missing after a meeting has been accepted. Any ideas? Thanks :)
