Is there a way to sync Outlook Calendars from two separate sources, on two
separate servers? Possibly the information could be send to a third source,
on the users desktop, via Excel or some other software, then merged?

In Microsoft Outlook 2000, when viewing Calendar, the previous and next
months display up to the top right corner.  After restaging my PC to XP, and
now running Microsoft Outlook 2002, these calanders are no longer visible.
Is there an option to turn them on/off?

I've created some birthday calendars in outlook 2003 that I don't need any

When I print my Outlook 2003 calendar - it reprints the current month along
with the next month in the upper right hand corner.  It would be far more
beneficial to me to see last month along with next month (as they do in paper

Several of us are authorised to set up meeting on my boss's Calendar.  When
the invited person accepts or declines, we each get an email.
