Is there a way to sync Outlook Calendars from two separate sources, on two
separate servers? Possibly the information could be send to a third source,
on the users desktop, via Excel or some other software, then merged?

I am trying to create an ongoing calendar of my working week, but this is not
the standard five working and two days off. It is six days working then four
off. Can the calendar be set so that a work day shown on a Monday can then be
set to recur every 10 days as the only options ...

In Microsoft Outlook 2000, when viewing Calendar, the previous and next
months display up to the top right corner.  After restaging my PC to XP, and
now running Microsoft Outlook 2002, these calanders are no longer visible.
Is there an option to turn them on/off?  

I searched all over internet on information on how to retrieve free/busy
information from contacts with just using Outlook 2003 sp1 and a server where
one can publish/retrieve VBF data.
I manage to do it ONLY by specifying the global search path as very specific

I use a laptop in I travel.  But at home I log all my meetings and
appointments and the kids events on my home computer.  In the past, I have
imported/exported calendars between computers.  Is there an easier way?
I also have another computer at home (all three are on a LAN).  ...

I can view daily, weekly and monthly but I can't view a yearly calendar.  Any
way to do this?

I've created some birthday calendars in outlook 2003 that I don't need any
longer but I can't find a way to delete them.

When I print my Outlook 2003 calendar - it reprints the current month along
with the next month in the upper right hand corner.  It would be far more
beneficial to me to see last month along with next month (as they do in paper
calendars)... is there a setting I can change?

I can't seem to be able to add a 2 month calendar to my calendar one day

I would like to check out what is going to happen if I autoarchive my
calendar using the default settings.  Are items older than 6 months going to
be archived and therefore appear in the archive folder or will they be

Several of us are authorised to set up meeting on my boss's Calendar.  When
the invited person accepts or declines, we each get an email.  
What do we have to do to stop this as we do not need to have this
information on our accounts as we have our own appointments.

is there any way i can export calendar data from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2000?

I would like to send a reminder of a meeting to my client's 1 day in advance
of the meeting and then 1 hour before the meeting but currently I can only
find that the appointment only has one reminder option and I need two.
