I need Outlook to allow me to record my work START and END times for my NIGHT

I have something very strange happening with Outlook. I get some very
Strange Characters in the calendar after I do a back up and restors using a
program called ABF Outlook Backup.

When we schedule a recurring appointment with another conflicting appointment
(recurring or not), we would like to be able to see the other conflicting
appointments in a list instead of having to look in the
"Attendee/Availability" tab. Is this possible?

We have 4 users sharing calendars without issue (Outlook 2003 & EXch Svr

I have many recurring items (radio & TV programs) which I do not need/want
archive once their date passed. I have not found a way to delete them
without deleting the future occurences.

How can I turn off my schedule specifics when my calendar is being viewed by
others who are trying to schedule my time for a meeting.  All I want them to
see is the time that I am available or not.

Using Microsoft Office 2003 in a network environment. All my scheduled events
on calendar, contacts, tasks and notes were transferred onto this machine as
Personal Folders. Whenever I wish to schedule an event on the calendar in the
personal folder and have a reminder, the Office ...

The inability to create reminders in the additional side by side calendars
makes the calendars absolutely useless.  
Can you please add that feature?

I'd like to create a customized value for "show time as" such as "working
remotely" so I don't have to use "Busy" or "Out of Office".
