For some reason there are a couple of users in my
organization who are entering items in their calendars
with reminders.  When it comes time to be reminded, no
reminder is fired... any ideas?

I would like to know how to move the calender from the
deleted items back to the default folder's under outlook
today, The mailbox is held on Exchange 2000 and the client
gets the error "Can't move the item's. Special folders,

OL2003 - Meeting requests do not show up in the Inbox.  They automatically go
to the Calendar without any notification.  There are no rules setup and
automatic processing is not activated.  I did notice that in the folder view
the calendar is not listed under the account names ...

Can I color code my outlook calendar appointments?  How?  I have Office 2000
on XP OS.  When I open an appointment, next to the "show time as busy" box,
my office mate has a dropdown menu to colorcode appointments.  Mine doesn't
and I can't find a setting anywhere that adds that ...

At our church, we use our group calendar for reserving rooms.  It is
difficult to remember what all the different abbreviations for rooms stand
for.  Is it possible to add a text box outside the calendar to use as a

All the public holidays in Singapore change in date every year and as such
the add holiday function in Outlook is not complete as the various religious
holidays are not added.

I do not receive appointments which are sent to me, although my delegates do.
They are able to accept or reject.  I do not even see them in my in-box or
in my calendar
