When printing Outlook 2000 calendar, all scheduled appointments are not printed. They are viewable on the monitor but not on the print view screen or printed copy. Any suggestions as to the cause & corrective action?

I just upgraded one of my users to Office / Outlook 2003 from 2000. His previously shared Calendar is now inaccessible by others with OL2000. I removed and re-added the permissions..even granting ownership, and I have run all Office service packs on both PCs.

An employee created a calendar in the public folders. The employee left the company, and the SA deleted the user. Now, we no longer want the calendar, but no one has permissions to change or delete the calendar. HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS CALENDAR? Thanks,
