Looking to use Outlook/Exchange for a company calendar, viewed by all, edited
by few.  How do I do this?

How to implement the Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2000 so that only particular
group of staff can view each other calendar ?

We do a lot of work on Saturdays and Sundays and I always run out of room

I have a user who has access to 10 different managers

I have created multiple customized views in Outlook 2003. When I switch
between my mail and calender I lose my custom views entirely. They are gone
from the list of views, they are gone in the "Define Views", they are just
gone.

Does "Private" in Outlook mean users cannot see if the appointment is marked
as busy?

while using outlook calendar, when a new appointment comes up on my screen, I
do not receive the message, no audible alarms and this message comes up in a
dialogue. Can someone help me figuring this problem.
