I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 and I have re-occuring appointments that I
would like to color code without having to individually color code each one.
How do I color code all of the appointments all at once. I know it can be
done on 2002 and above using automatic formatting, ...

Am I right in thinking that if you turn off auto archive on the calendar in
outlook then old appointements etc will be kept indefinately , or do you
need to change anything else to stop things dropping off?
The users are running Outlook XP or 2003 and have their mailboxes stored ...

Even though the icon for the calendar in Outlook 2003 shows a red box around
the current day, there does not seem to be a way to enable this.    

For some reason the view of my calendar has changed so that I just see a list
of appointments....I reset to the old look, but it does not 'hold' when I
look at e-mail messages and go back to calendar it is again only a list of
appointments.

I am using XP.  When accessing Outlook, tools, options, there is no delegate
tab.  What do I need to do to add a delegate to my calendar?

In the appointment window, each time you type in a location, outlook cache's
it and saves it in a drop down box.  how do you clear out entries in it

Is there a way to grant users permissions to utilize 'plan a meeting' with a
request of a resource (a room) while still disallowing permission for them to
directly schedule the resource (room) calendar?

I am trying to cc a meeting request to a secretary, letting her know that her
boss will be at a meeting inside the office.

We are a small team of 9 staff.  Is it possible to show a combined view of
everyone's calendar, rather than having to go into each calendar seperately
each day / week?  We use Outlook 2000.

What can I do?

I believe MS is doing its client base a dis-service in this day of expanding
laptop usage/multiple pc homes by not implementing a simple methodology for
synchronizing Outlook calendars between a laptop and desktop PC or between
multiple PCs in a LAN.  If anyone from MS is ...

The month headings in my Microsoft Outlook calendar used to be in the format
of "January 2004" rather than "01/04".  I'm wondering how to change this back?

how do I make saturday and sunday appear same as weekdays in outlook monthly
view and print out, rather than them being given just half the space of
weekdays?

how do you configure the calendar to automatically display birthday reminders
from birthdays in the address book?
