How may I reserve non-consecutive dates meetings in Outlook 2003? For
example, I have to schedule May 18 2005, Sept 15 2005, and Jan 18 2006.

We have shared Outlook 2000 calendarin the office. The respond for attending
a meeting (send by one employee) comes back to her as an email rather than
just updating that meeting request acceptance on her calendar. What is wrong?

How do I import and export ALL appointments in a calendar to another user's
calendar?  I've tried using the Import/Export feature under the File
drop-down menu but to no avail.  Is this the correct method or am I doing

converted from GroupWise so users are accustomed to being able to set
