I am looking for a way that I can automate the process for many
organizations, to have a feed, or list that I can download the events into my
calendar.  Like if the local community is having 3 or 4 events this month, or
my childrens 3 different schools, or my country club...etc.  ...

I would like to set up a recurring appointment, but the frequency of the
appointment is random (doesn't fall under the every week, bi-weekly, monthly,
etc timeframe). Does anyone know if this is possible in Outlook 2003? Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Outlook 2002 to save my calendar as a web page for a few
months.  When 2005 came, the dates are now off in the calendar view only.  
Meaning that Saturday January 8th is showing up as Friday January 8th with

I have a couple users here in the office setup using shared calendars
of their bosses.  They access them using the File menu on the menu bar
and then going to Open and the shared calendar is listed there.  They
want to know if they can create a shortcut of some sort to the calendar

I need to edit the labels in Outlook Calendar.  Clicking on Calendar Coloring
provides nothing but a grayed out drop down screen.  Any suggestions?

Hi,
how do I schedule a meeting that has the dates already set and they are not
in a regular pattern (i.e. Jan 26th, May 11th, SEpt 14th, Nov 11th)? Is there
a way to do this or do I have to send one invitation for each of these dates?

I type lengthy notes on the applicable day on the calendar (I use the monthly
view) and can only see part of my note when I print the monthly view.  How do
you set it to see all the typed characters when it's printed off?

Why can't I print the entire month of January in my monthly calendar view.  I
am including weekends.  However, when I send my calendar to the printer, the
print range I selected (Jan 1 - Jan 31) is not reflected.  Is there a way to
print the entire month without leaving dates ...

How do I keep outlook from displaying a start time with a calendar item, such
as "school out early today"? I don't want a time displayed with such a

consist on interpreting an incoming email by its subject " meeting
confirmation for 12central 1/13/06" in turn place that on to the calendar
