I canceled a meeting that I scheduled. It was part of a recurring meeting but I only canceled 1 occurrence. It sent out an email to the attendees that it was canceled. It did not remove it from my calendar. I tried delting it and it is still there. How do I get rid of it?

I work an irregular schedule of D & N shifts. I think there must be a way to enter all D shifts @ once & then all N shifts for each month. Can you help me. Using Calendar on Microsoft Outlook.

When vieiwing a scheduled meeting, placing my cursor on a bar shows the details of my schedlued appts for the day. I can also view some others meeting attendee's schedules as well, but not all of them. How do I remove the ability of others to see my schedule details wen planning ...

We are running Exchange 5.5 on a Win2K server. The users run Outlook 2000. The is a shared calendar in the public folders. When a user looks at this calendar, it adds the info to their regular Outlook calendar. Any idea why and/or how to stop it?

I don't want people to access my calendar in outlook (i.e. people cannot select File->Open->Other User's Folders->Calendar to open my calendar), but I want people to see my schedule when they are doing scheduling.
