We want to set up recurring appointments, for example monthly bid lettings,
on a public calendar and the allow our employees to copy or import them to
their individual calendar.  Is there a way to do this?  I'm using Outlook

I have long been a delegate on a coworker's calendar.  Their calendar has
many recurring appointments scheduled well into the future.  That coworker
has unfortunately taken another job.

In month view, months are supposed to be alternately grey and white, however
mine are all grey making it difficult to see start/end of a month. (Used to
alternate until a couple of months ago, but can't remember exactly when the
change occurred).

When viewing a single day's events under  the day/week/month view the
calendar is limited to showing six concurrent events from left to right. In
order to see all events occuring during that time period I must switch to
'view active appointments'.

I have set up my calendar sharing with other people (Outlook 2002) on a
server and was wondering why the people that open my calendar see everything
but do not get any visual or audio alarm. is it possible to set up so they
can get these alarms.
