Hello, I have accesed a couple calednars of co-workers that I no longer need. However, when I go to file/open.. the list of calendars of others are still here. How can I delete these names? Thank you.

In Outlook 2003, calendars for day planner do not print so that a whole week will appear on two facing pages. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday has Thursday, Friday and the weekend on the back rather than facing. It has always worked in previous versions of Outlook.

I need to send a reminder to our team every month to remind them to send in their monthly reports. Is there a way to do this so I don't have to bother with it every month and the reminder gets sent to them automatically on the same date?

When viewing other peoples calendars rather than have the names appear along the top can they be switched to along the side, this way the 16 calendars i am trying to view can all fit on one page rather than being cramped along the top?

When viewing the Outlook calendar by week, you can go the the following or previous week by using the page up/page down buttons or scroll bar. But if you're viewing by work week, this doesn't work. Is there any way to change the week to be viewed without changing to month view, ...

I am printing pages for my planner which includes the notes and task list. My problem is that on the task list it is printing ALL of my total tasks in my calendar. I only want to print the tasks that are due for each day. Can someone help me? Thank you, Marilyn

When in Calendar month view, I click on a day, the day gets highlighted across the entire top of the date. When I scroll the calendar up or down, the dates move but highlight stays in the same PLACE on the screen. The highlight does NOT stay on the same day.
