I use Outlook 2003. I am trying to post a recurring appointment with a
random recurring pattern. As an example, I would like to schedule "Board
Meeting" to occur on: 01/10/05,03/21/05,07/01/05,08/10/05, etc. Do I need to
create one appointment per date or can I pick several dates ...

Newbie question:
I would like Outlook to mark all appointments I make "Private", but only for
selected categories (rather than ALL new appointments as suggested by the
help file).  

I'm using Outlook 2003. I usually enter calendar items on my desktop. How can
I copy them to my laptop?

I want to have an email (text message to my cell phone) sent when the
'reminder' pops up for an appointment.  How do I do this?  With the reminder
options you can choose the time before and a sound and if a window will pop
up but I want to send a message too.

Until I upgraded to Outlook 2003, when I printed using a 2 page per week
layout, two sided, it was smart enough to realize I would want to see the
first half of the week on the left, the second half on the right (so the back

What I am interested in doing is having a leave request submitted and once
approved having it display in the calendar for the dates requested.  I don't

My Outlook folder size says it is 83MB right now.  However, when I vew all my
appointments, I do not even see one that is 1MB in size.  The math is not
adding up.  I work at a company where I receive many attachments with my
meeting requests.  However, I save those attachements ...

When are you going to FIX DUPLEX CALENDAR PRINTING in Outlook 2003?  This
problem has been brought up there several times with no response.
Anytime you break something with an upgrade, I would think that fixing it

I have Office 2003 Premium, and I have Works 2003 also installed because of
the calendar.  Workscalendar reminds me without opening works, but outlook
calendar would not remind me, without opening outlook.

The time or location then changes and an update needs to be sent.  Is there
any way to have the change automatically reflected on each calendar on which

Outlook needs to be capable of sending scheduled text messages from my
scheduled appointments to my cell phone.
Also, Outlook needs to be able to share a calendar among computers in a home
network.

I just started using Outlook (having given up on Outlook Express), and I'd
like to edit the names and colors of the Labels in the Calendar, but I don't
know how. I'm using Outlook 2002, SP3.
