When I recieve an appoitment by someone else it comes to me in the form of an
e-mail.  In this e-mail I am not able to accept the appointment and it does
not go into my calender automaticially.  Also when I send one to someone I
get an e-mail but it does not tell me if they have ...

I use the work week calendar on a 15 minute interval to view my schedule.  In
so doing, I am unable to view my entire week on the screen without toggling
up or down.  Can the view be reduced so that one can see all 7 days and all
appointments on a single screen?  Thank you!

Hello.  I have set up several public folders (calendars) to be accessed by a
dozen clients.  I have used the automatic formatting to color code each

When I open an appointment screen by clicking on that day, it automatically
defaults to an "All Day Event". How do I have it default to a start time-end

For some users the free/busy schedule shows "no information" beginning at the
1st of a new month (month may differ), while others seem to be ok. Any

Could you please tell me how to set a recurring reminder/meeting for a
particular working day in the month.  At the moment the drop down list only
goes to the 4th working day and I need to schedule the 6th working day.
