In our office we share calendars. Others can see my calendar. I can't see

I am running outlook xp, after being open for about 15 minutes every other
month of my calendar turns black.  if have reinstalled the software several
times and reset all setting to the factory default and can not find the

There are several users who send meeting requests to me that are received as
email messages, and not as meeting requests.  Is there some

my events are showing over 2 days instead of one, eg birthdays, bill payment
etc. They were entered in one day as 'events' and are now displayed as
'appointments'

I have a user who recieved and accepted a meeting request.  The person who
sent the request deleted it and I believe did not send the cancel response.  
The reciever now cannot do anything with the appointment on her calendar.  
Right clicking yields nothing and if double click it ...

Our organization - a university college - is about to implement Outlook
including calendaring.
To make full use of this, we need a planning tool that integrates with
the individual Outlook calendars of our teachers/employes, preferably
calendar colors for current day04 Feb 2005 22:22 GMT1
Is there a way to highlight the current day better than the default? I'd love
to be able to have the current day outlined in red or something-it is
difficult to see that dark shading at the top.

When I put a check mark next to all day event the calendar makes it a 24 hour
time period.

Is there a feature or perhaps an add-on that would allow outlook to send me a
reminder of a calendar appointment or event to my phone via sms messaging?

I am wondering if there is any available addin for Outlook 2003 to allow for
group scheduling.  We cannot turn on the "Automatically accept all meeting
request" feature.  We would like to create one appointment and post it to
