I understand how to add holidays to a personal calendar. But if one creates a calendar under PUBLIC FOLDERS in Exchange 2003 assigned and with security rights given to a program area (like Finance) - how do they add holidays to that shared public calendar?

When I add an event in the past to my calendar a reminder automatically is popping up. This is very frustrating when since I user Outlook 2003 to report my working time. How do I disable this function.

I'm moving from Cali (PST) to DC (EST) and changed the time zone in Outlook. Outlook then changed my annvs, bdays and daily events into 2 day events as the time changed from PST to EST. How do I make a universal change so my events are back to 1 day events?

We have a network of 2 computers - one desktop & one laptop. We recently acquired Outlook 2003 and want to set up the laptop so that the Outlook data can be used offline and then saved when online. Please direct me towards and resources and advise if this is in fact possible.
