When scheduling a meeting 2weeks or more in the futur and "invite attendee" I
want the invitation to go the week prior to the meeting not right away like
the do not deliver before option in send e-mail, Can I do that and how.

How do I set the display of the outlook calendar so the current date's week
will always display as the top of screen?
