I'm setting up a custom view (for printing). I want appointments which conflict to be colorized or formatted to make them stand out. Is there a way to do this? I'm sure there is, but I cannot find any answers in office online or in Outlook help.

OK, I have set up my conference rooms as resources and everything is working. However, I want to go one step further. Is there a way to flag the conference rooms to default automatically to a resource if I type its name in my attendee list (under the Scheduling Tab)?

And, calendar is in bold. And, while the number is 18 now, it grows from time to time. If that is no big deal, it is no big deal to me. I am more curious than interested in fixing it. However, it seems like it is telling me something and I have no clue what it is.
