Just moved over to Office 2003 and Outlook 2003...our boss is not happy
about the new print for his montly calendar, we were using Outlook 2000 and
when he printed his montly calendar, the all day appointment printed with a
black bar and white text.  Now with Outlook 2003 it ...

   When I send people meeting invites some of the invites are received as
an email and not a meeting invite. All people have POP3 email accounts. Is
this a setting in the senders or receivers outlook program ?

I have set up my own calendar in Public Folders and when I click on calendar
the default calendar opens up. How do I change the default so my calendar
will open up?

AT ONE TIME WITH OUTLOOK I WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE TO TAKE OFF WEEKENDS BUT I HAVE

I created a new calendar under my main calendar folder and tried to add
holidays but they don't display on the new calednar. In fact they add another
set of holidays to the main calendar. When I print the calendar they don't
appear either.

I have been using this feature for sometime and all of the sudden
everytime I save as a webpage the calendar for 2005 is one day off.

I know how to change the label names.  Is there a way to set the same label
names on all my users machines so all labels will be the same?  I would like
to do this through a GPO, but it appears there is no ADM template for this.

We want to create a central calendar that would contain information from the
calendars of about 25 people. This would include vacation time, important
dates in development of projects, other out-of-office information, and more.
We're using Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003.

I have Outlook 2000. When I added the holiday file to the calendar, only
those through 2002 appear. How can I get current and future holidays?

I have a lot of weekly appointments I do not want to view or print in monthly
form.  If I "hide private appointmens" the details are hidden but space
costly words, "priate appointment" appear.  I want to print a monthly
calendar with unique events only and include all regular ...
