I have shared out 4 users calendars and opened them within Outlook 2003 in a multiple view. When i close and reopen outlook, the calendar reverts back to my calendar and does not display the others untill i have checked them.

In Outlook a new All day event comes up with the Show time as FREE. Our conference room resources do not Decline conflicting meeting since the time is Free and not Busy. (it's too much to ask our users to ensure the block of time is Busy not Free)

When I save part of my Outlook 2000 calendar as a Web Page, all dates are shifted 1 day ahead. That is, if I save data after the date of January 1, 2005. Before that date there is no problem. Does anywhere ring a bell? Is this a known issue? And is there a fix for this problem?

I need Outlook to post my tasks by due date and reminder dates onto my calendar so that I can visually see what is coming up and when, and without having to re-enter the information into the calendar as an appointment or the like.
