I have recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 on an exchange server. My palm Pilot
syncs with the calendar on the personal folders list and likewise for my
tasks. The default now puts the calendar under the main collection inbox
(Live exchenge one).

I want to be able to see my priority levels in the task pad when I'm in the
Calendar view (as opposed to being in the Task Pad view.  Is this possible?

How do I display the categories item of an appointment or event of the
calendar in outlook while viewing the calender on a weekly or monthly basis.
Normaly the display is the subject (location), but I would lke to make it
subject (category). Any ideas?

i want to delete all my old appointments - can i do say a whole year or do i
have to do individually?

How do I edit labels within Outlook if the 'edit labels' bar is grayed out?  
I'm a PA and juggling several calendars, colour coding would be really useful
to me if I could personalise it.  The standard options are no use to me.

When printing a Calendar with outlook, is it possible to ask it to print the
day as well as the date?  Ie. Monday 14 March, Tuesday 15 march etc?

Does anybody knows why dismiss meetings keep popping up as over due meetings?

I want to decline a meeting but still have it show in my diary as info
without having to retype the whole thing again.  Sometimes I can't go to
meetings but like to know when they are going to be.

I would like to customize the options for an entry in the calendar.  Can I
change the choices presented in the drop down lists?  Thanks, Pam

I am using outlook 2003 to create an appointment and invite attendees in my
office who are using outlook 97.  When the appointment is received in the
email of my invited attendees (who are using outlook 97) it is garbled, does
not include an option to accept or decline, and also ...

I have tried to import Bank Holidays into my Outlook Calendar but have only
suceeded in bringing in holidays for the years 1998 to 2002. How can I import
current and future bank holidays

I have the following issue: the outlook reminder is not reminding until
after the event.  It says overdue, and come 3 hours late where is this
setting?

I know that this is something stupid that I am overlooking.
Another person in the office has taken up the shared calendar, setup as a
webpage, but I cannot unshare the calendar, and everytime that I update what
is now my personal calendar, OL generates email messages to all on the ...

I have a calendar from one PC that I want to merge with an existing calendar
on another PC.  I only need to do this once.
