how do I make the personal folders calendar the default in outlook17 Mar 2005 20:39 GMT7
I have recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 on an exchange server. My palm Pilot
syncs with the calendar on the personal folders list and likewise for my
tasks. The default now puts the calendar under the main collection inbox
(Live exchenge one).
Can I get the priority levels to appear in the taskpad when also .17 Mar 2005 17:33 GMT2
I want to be able to see my priority levels in the task pad when I'm in the
Calendar view (as opposed to being in the Task Pad view.  Is this possible?

How do I display the categories item of an appointment or event of the
calendar in outlook while viewing the calender on a weekly or monthly basis.
Normaly the display is the subject (location), but I would lke to make it
subject (category). Any ideas?

How do I edit labels within Outlook if the 'edit labels' bar is grayed out?  
I'm a PA and juggling several calendars, colour coding would be really useful
to me if I could personalise it.  The standard options are no use to me.
