When I make an appointment anywere in the future I click in the calendar. Unfortunately the beginning time is always more or less NOW. When I plan something for May 31st, 10.00-11.30 am, the end time after editting is the 31st of May, 11.30 (ok!), but Outlook corrects the

We have a shared Outlook calendar that everyone has access to. Is there a way to have the events on this shared calendar appear on each user's personal calendar? Thanks for the help.

Each time one of my team members accepts my meeting invites the meeting is entered into their calendar 8 hours off. We are both in the PST time zone and I have confirmed those settings. I am running XP with outlook 2003

I've looked through the code that I've been able to find, online, but am a bit mystified as to how to access a calendar object, then it's attendees collection, and filter on attendees who've accepted to create a new e-mail. It seems like somebody must have done this already.

When I click on the scheduling tab of one meeting, it restarts the outlook. I tried from different usernames and computers but the same problem. the organizer can open the scheduling tab without problem. but other users cannot see the scheduling tabs. it is not rights issues ...
