I have had reports of users having appointments literally disappear from their calendars in front of their eyes. I too have witnessed this happening and am trying to get to the bottom of why this is occuring and possible reasons for it.

Is there a way in Outlook2000 (Exchange 2000) to notify the people that are scheduled to attend a meeting that have not replied to a meeting request (calendar schedule request)? Example, I send out a meeting request through the calendar to 10 people. 7

Is it possible to set a default reminder time for all day events, rather than the 18 hours Outlook defaults to? E.g. ... After scheduling an all day event, the reminder will automatically be 12 hours.
