how to change daily calendar time segments from 1/2 hour increments  to 15
minute increments

as regular mail, instead of an appointment.  The mail is
mapped from a different mail program.  How can I make
that mail show up in my calendar opposed to regular mail?

I have had reports of users having appointments literally disappear
from their calendars in front of their eyes. I too have witnessed this
happening and am trying to get to the bottom of why this is occuring
and possible reasons for it.

I'm attempting to set the calender as the opening default page when I open
Outlook but can not find an area to make this setting.
Can anyone help?

Is there a way in Outlook2000 (Exchange 2000) to notify the people that are
scheduled to attend a meeting that have not replied to a meeting request
