Please help.  I want to print only select categories on my Outlook calendar,
but not all events, meetings, etc.  Does anyone know if this can be done?  If
so, how?

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro.
When I try to copy appointments using drag and drop with the control key
depressed the appointment is moved and not copied.

We're using Outlook 2002 and migrating to Outlook 2003.  Users still using
2002 are unable to view calendar details of users using 2003.  
Anyone know of a setting/config change that needs to occur.

and no way to place them on my calendars (except to drop and drag).  Is there
any way to have the accept buttons/etc display so I can accept or reject the
