I have been asked to clarify this post. Using Outlook 2003 I have the Views set to the following - Standard, Advanced & Web. When I click Start Page it functions properly. When I click Search the Web I get an error message stating the following:

I have MS Outlook 2000. I'd like to see a rule created that automatically activates the 'Out of office assistant' (default message) when the out of office option in the"show time as:" field is selected for appointments and meetings.

I have a user who received a calendar meeting response. The user click to accept the invitation and received an error that the user was trying to reply back to an email address that had been deleted from the network. User has Outlook 2002 and server is running Exchange 2000.

I was struggling to fix that date for Outlook 2003 on WinXP. When I schedule March 20, 2005 for an appt, it automatically goes to March 2, 2005 which is current date. I updated Service pack #1 for Outlook 2003 but still no luck. Anyone know this problem? Appreciate if you can help ...

Even after accepting a meeting invitation, I still have a meeting marked as tenative and a the same meeting as busy? How do I get the tentative to disappear after I have accepted the meeting?

I am trying to setup another shared calendar that will be used by two people. Each will be able to add appointments and have alerts set. When I set up the new calendar (let's called it "Critical Calendar"), I then go to add a new appointment for a specific date.

Hi, I went to the Slipstick site as suggested on a previous exchange regarding this topic, but I have Outlook 2003 and the informationon that site refers only to Oulook 2000.

I've read below that to solve the "Unable to open free / busy information... " error message one should run outlook with the a/m switch. I tried but got an error message saying "Unable to clean your free 7 busy information in the server".

I am getting the error unable to open free/busy information when I try to print my calendar. My only option to get out of the error is to select ok which takes me back to my calendar and doesn't print it. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

We have 8 peopple sharing calendars w/o incident. Suddenly, 2 folks are unable to "make appt's" on Kelly's calendar. They both receive the msg "Unable to open free/busy information.' I removed both from "Kelly's" permissions, then readded them. NOW one can hit Kelly's ...

We have an Exchange 2003 environement, with both XP and 98SE clients. The XP clients have Outlook 2003, and the 98 clients use Outlook 2000. Whenever users with 2000 open up a shared calendar and try to create or delete an entry, this error message pops up:

I have my assistant delegated as editor on my calendar but when she access my calendar from her Outlook session she can see my calendar but can not add an appointment. When she trys to add and appointment she gets an error box that says "Unable to open free/busy information". ...
