How can I remove calendar names, etc. from the File/Open/Other User's listing that shows in my Outlook, v2000??? Some of the names showing are no longer in use and I can't find a way to remove/delete them...please help?

in outlook today (2003), it shows tasks and then (due date), when you open a task it says how many days until the task is due at the top. is it possible to have a similar countdown (days until due) show in the task section of outlook today?

I need to be able to see 3 items when looking at my "monthly" calendar view. I want to see more than the subject and location when I bring it up. I also need to see the instructor's name. How should I go about doing this? Any help you can provide would be great.

I would like to create custom labels for the items I post in the Outlook calendar so that I can assign a family member label, i.e. "Mom" instead of "Phone", or "Dad" instead of "Travel Required." These custom labels would help keep the family members organized.

I would like to alter the working time in outlook 2003, but the times are greyed out on the panel. I can alter the working days, which day the week starts on etc, but not the start and end times. Any ideas as to where I can alter them please
