How can I remove calendar names, etc. from the File/Open/Other User's listing
that shows in my Outlook, v2000???  Some of the names showing are no longer
in use and I can't find a way to remove/delete them...please help?

in outlook today (2003), it shows tasks and then (due date), when you open a
task it says how many days until the task is due at the top.  is it possible
to have a similar countdown (days until due) show in the task section of
outlook today?

I need to be able to see 3 items when looking at my "monthly" calendar view.
I want to see more than the subject and location when I bring it up.  I also
need to see the instructor's name.  How should I go about doing this?

to customize current view and select categories as a new field but it is not

My CEO does not want her schedule to be visible on the scheduling tab when
creating an appointment. Beside hiding the name from the GAL, there is no
other way of accomplishing this.

Can anyone shed any light on me on how to change timeframe of viewing

I would like to create custom labels for the items I post in the Outlook
calendar so that I can assign a family member label, i.e. "Mom" instead of

I am trying to copy appointments from Outlook2003 out to another program and
I am having trouble with recurring appointments.
I have this code, that is supposed to copy appointments i a specified period
of time:

I would like to alter the working time in outlook 2003, but the times are
greyed out on the panel. I can alter the working days, which day the week
starts on etc, but not the start and end times.

requests automaticly,or refuse when is ocupied, when someone tries to
schedule the conference room?
