We have approximately 25 employees.  We would like to have everyone open up
their calendars to accomplish a couple of things.  First, one user would have
access to see all details.  Second, we'd like everyone else to just see if

retyped each month, just updated and will be printed on legal size paper,

I would like to have a composite calendar that will show our entire group
schedules in a month view.  I do not want to have to manually make entires
into two separate calendars.

I have a customer that would like to print there group schedules that they
have in Outlook and believes that he's had an add-on before for this but I've
not been able to find this for them.
Does anyone know the location of such an add-on or how to do it?

The timeframe to view Multiple-user's calendar is now defaulted to 2 month,
i.e. you can only see their next two month appointments. Any chance on how i
can change to 3, 4 months, etc? Thanks

When I click on new appointment or type CTRL + N in the Outlook 2003
calendar, nothing happens. I cannot create any new calendar entries or

When I send appointments to a MS Outlook 2000 user it arrives encrypted and
that user is unable to accept or deny appointment in the usual window. Is
