I am trying to get the contact information to show on my calendar when I make an appointment. I know if I open the appointment I can see it at the bottom. Can I get it to show on the canlendar like the subject line is shown?

I'm trying to show both the start & end times in the calendar view for each appointment. I'm having trouble getting it to show the time that each meeting ends. It just shows when it starts.

I have synchronised my pda with outlook after my computer had been repaired and for some reason it has duplicated most, but not all, of my appointments. I can see a remove duplicates instruction for contacts, but not for calendars. How can I do this?

Recurring calendar items without end and future meetings disappear from my calendar. The date is still bolded, indicating there is an appointment, in the month view, but no items appear when day-view pulled up.

Is it possible to change the default highlighted area that represents "work day". Currently it's set from 8 AM to 5 PM, but my company works an irregular work week.
