Looking for a way to share a Calendar so that that more than one person can
access the calendar at the same time over a network.

I'm only seeing a couple of weeks prior and future on my PDA.  All
appointments show on my laptop.

I am after some instructions on the above for setting up on Exchange 2000 on
a windows 2000 server platform.  Any help would be appreciated or a push in
the right direction to some instructions.

When i open my Outlook there is no calendar in it to post anything like

Every time I try to print a calendar page with the task area, all of my
completed tasks show with a line through them instead of only the due tasks.  
It shows only the due tasks on the screen but will not print that way.  This
is new since I upgraded to 2003.  Any ideas?

I created a new calander then added a recurring event with a reminder and it
told me i could do it because it wasn't in my personal folder. What is it

When I make an appt and click "All Day Event", my time defaults to "free".  
How do I get my time to default to "Busy"?  I tried creating a new form, but
that does not save the "busy" status for some reason.

email system. I would like to find these and delete them to free up space oce

A user has access to 6 calendars.  she wants someone elses calendar as her
default.  How do you make someone elses the default so its the one that opens

I have a user who wants to set up an Outlook rule that certain calendar items
route automatically into a specific folder for review.

Im using Outlook 2003, if I respond to a meeting request, the meeting date
and time is not added in my Outlook calendar. It will send the auto reply to
the meeting organizer, that I accepted. I cant figure this out. Any Ideas?
