On a regular basis my calendar takes all my appointments including all the
recurring ones and spreads them over two days---from 1:00 am on the day of
the appointment to 1:00 am on the following day.  This is most

When I sync (3.8) with Outlook 2002 the partner computer appointment posting
moves up an hour.  As you can imagine as I try to share info confusion

In the older version of Word there was a template that would import the data

So I use MS Outlook 2003 "Calendar" I click on New and "Untitled -
Appointment" comes up for me to fill in data.  I get to the "Location:" field

I have a recurring task that takes place every third work day.  When I set up
the recurrence in Outlook, it includes the weekend.  I have set my work week
from Monday to Friday, but this does not fix the problem.  
Example:  Week 1 - Monday and Thursday, Week 2 - Tuesday and ...
