When I sync (3.8) with Outlook 2002 the partner computer appointment posting moves up an hour. As you can imagine as I try to share info confusion follows. How do I get my hour back? Anybody else have this problem?

In the older version of Word there was a template that would import the data from Outlook into a Word document calendar, but this feature does not work with the newer versions of the software, is there a similar tool built into Word or a downloadable template? Does anyone know?
