In the monthly layout print format, the top of the page showing the current
month and next month in small fonts is not useful. Can one change the layout
to show the previous month and next month? How?

I accidentally installed outlook and my email and calendar is in the personal
folders section. I have moved the deliver new email to the default data file
but the calendar is still in the personal folder.
Will someone please help me figure out how to move my calendar.
