I am using Outlook 98.  I delete a meeting in my calendar and I send out a
notification that the meeting has been cancelled.  Should outlook 98 delete
the meeting on the attendees calendar?

We have a woman who is moving on to another job w/ a different org -- she
wants to know if she can somehow grab the contents of her Calendar to import
into the computer she will have at her new job. I did a quick scan of posts

We are running Exchange 2000.  Outlook 2000 SR-1 (Office 2000 Pro).   Some
users are running Windows 2000 SP4..others are running XP Pro SP2.
Users have permissions to add, edit, and delete their own items (Author
permissions).  Myself and one of our Network Admins are "Owners".  ...

How can I remove old locations from the pull down list in calendar that no
longer apply?

I have found that my signature randomly disappears. The Signature box will be
greyed out, but I uncheck the "Use MS Word to edit e-mail messages" (Tools>
Options> Mail Format tab) then I can reselect my signature.
It seems that something re-checks MS Word to edit box every few ...

When I am not connected to my office Exchange Server, how do I update my
"Calendar in Personal Folders" as is when I am not connected to the internet
or not able to get to my office Exchange Server?  Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd like to make a shared calendar the default calendar whenever starting
Outlook 2003.  It appears that Outlook only selects from a user's folder list
to set a particular calendar as the default. Does anyone know whether/how a
shared calendar can be opened by default, rather ...

Is there a way to send one meeting invitation to a distribution of people,
for each recipient to choose one session to attend from at least two
identical sessions?  I would want the acceptance to identify which meeting

I am attempting to import a calendar in .csv format. However when I choose
"Import from another file or program" the next screen only shows 5 types, and
.csv is not one of them.
How do I get these file types back?

I suggest you add "Calls" as a separate event object (like Appointment's and
Tasks) and add additional calendaring capabilities to "Tasks" to enable
better scheduling.
Calls should be a separate item because they are not adequately handled

I use Outlook 2000, and have noticed that when I save (part of) my calendar
after the date 1-1-2005 in Web Page format, that this produces a shift of 1
day in the calendar. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this problem?
