This has been bugging me for a few days now.
Is there a way in calendar (I'm using Outlook 2003) to setup and only
display the work week and hours specified?
I have it setup between Mon to Fri from 8:30am to 4:30pm but I still get the

Is it possible to print the Work Week in Outlook 2003?  I used to be able to
do it easily in earlier versions of Outlook, but in this one I can't seem to
get it print.

How can I delete old entries from the Calendar please?
What I mean is I would like to delete entries from let say january 2004 and
december 2004 in one go...

I have made a form, that removes a few things from the print outs of the
calendar in outlook 2003.
But how do i set it as the default form ?
I have tryed alot of things at this time but nothing seems to work.

How do I set up outlook 2003 to only show me the work week calendar?
I have set up my work week to be Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 but I still see the hours

Does anyone know if Outlooks Calendar reminders can be set to show a popup
even if Outlook isn't open? I'd like to have something like the MS Works
Calendar functionality...bascially you get a popup window showing your
schedule for the day...without having to open Outlook....

I am just trying to make a calendar for a group of people and do not want

Thatt is click on a contact and select the times you have an
appointment and then have it appear on my calendar.  I know you can
