Hello--
For some reason when this user synced his Outlook 2003 with a Palm handheld
device, it deleted/removed/hid? all of his calendar items out of Outlook.
I created a new profile in mail, tried OWA, and they are not there.

The outlook calendar does not show the day of the week in any of the views
except for the month view. Is there a way to show the day of the week on the
top bar together with the date? in the daily view?

I have several users whose schedules recently started to appear completely
open to someone scheduling a meeting/appointment when their out of office is

In MS Outlook 2000 appointments created for a time in the past would not
trigger a reminder. This is useful for creating a record of what actucally
happened that day.
