why does Outlook calendar display improperly when the current day is near the
end of the month (see subject line, this happens with any month on the
calendar).

I don't want to scroll down through past weeks to get to the current week and
beyond, but can't figure out how to get the calendar display to always begin
with the current week in the monthly view.

Use Exchange server 2003 and wish reception to be able to view up to 20 users
calendar appointments.  This is too many to view at once - is there a way to
import them all into 1 calendar or spreadsheet etc.?

On May 30th my default month view in outlook is showing April 25th as the
highlighted date & it is positioned in the upper left hand corner. My IT
manager is having the same problem.  Is this a bug or am I alone?

I want to get Calendar notifications on upcoming meetings over SMS.
I have an E-mail account for SMS, so all is required that Calendar would
send its notifications as E-mails to that address.

Is there a way of putting a recurring appointment into my calendar that
increments one number each week
i.e. I want to number my weeks starting on April 1st as week 0 then going up
1 each week, so 4th April is week 1, 11th April week 2 etc...

We use an Exchange server and the user has an exchange mail account.  She
does not have the option to share her calendar.  She can view others'
calendars.  Why is the Share my Calendar option not showing up?

if I change the delivery location of my mail items - does this mean that all
my calendar meetings etc also get delivered to the personal folder? How do I
change this so that mail goes to private folder and Calendar items stay on

When I open calendar (currently set to 31 day view) the current day appears
at the very botoom (or on the next page).  In other words, my inital view is
of the previous 31 days ... when I really want to look ahead.
Can this be changed?

One of my users has a problem with putting more than one appointment in their
diary in the same time slot. (Don't ask how\why !)
Obviously she can't be in two places at once so I want to prevent the time
slot being used for more than one appointment at a time.

How can I print my private calendar without "private appointment" printing
for every appointment I checked as private? Palm just ignores private
appointments and prints nothing; Outlook fills up my calendar with "private
appointments" so it's embarrassing to share a copy with ...
