I have several shared calendars then many people can see. Some user have
requested to hide some of the calendars from their view. Is this possible?

I want to design a contacts form to be specific to my requirements. If I
redesign the existing contacts form and save it, it is good only for that
contact whereas I want it to be the default form. When I click on new
contact I want my form to come up each time. Help, anyone?

I neglected to set an end date for a set of recurring appointments and
through a set of syncing issues I ended up with these appointments on wed and
thurs from now till infinity. Is there a way to automatically search and
delete these items from my outlook calendar?

My Sharp OZ-590A PDA synchs great with MS Outlook.  The items I put in
Outlook calendar though does not get sent to my Sharp calendar.  Outlook
sends all the calendar info to the Sharp Schedule.  I don't want a list of
future appointments in Schedule, I want it in the Sharp's ...

I noticed in my outlook calendar the app'ts from past years has dropped off
(02/03).  I thought this info would keep forever.  The only items still
listed are recurring app'ts. Can you tell me what the save default is?

We use exchange and have 2002 & 2003 outlook on the computers.
We want to have one main office calendar that links to everybodys indvdual
calendar.
It seesm lkek this is one important feature that Outlook can't handle.

I can no longer get into the drop down boxes in Calendar.  As soon as I move
the mouse they vanish/close.

Fully patched Outlook 2003 running on WINxp home.
When tools/options/calendar/default reminder is checked and set at any time
it only shows 18 hours when a calendar date is opened. Is there a way to
make this work correctly?

We have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.  We have public calendars we have
been using to schedule conference rooms.  The Conference rooms don't showup
in our GAL to select as a resource when scheduling a meeting.  I'm not sure I
