I received a neat email. Within the email was a link, once I clicked the link, the appointment information was automaticly entered into my calendar. Anyone knowns how to create this link within outlook "calendar"? Thanks

I have configured Auto Accept on a test mailbox, however meeting requests sent to the mailbox are not being automatically accepted. I am forced to choose Accept / Reject etc. I am using Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2003 (mixed mode) environment.

I am using MS Exchange 2003 server with about 50 staff all using Outlook 2003. Is there a way to add Calendar Entries from the server to appear in everyones Outlook. Without sending a meeting request and having all staff click Accept.

Is it possible to remove the display of non-working hours in the One Day and 5 Work Week view of calendar? I know you can change when the working day starts and ends in Tools, Options but I want to have only the working hours displayed.

In order to see all the days in May I had to uncheck compress weekend days. Can I force Mondays to be at the far left column?

I am using Outlook 2002 SP3. I have a bunch of events entered in my calendar. Normally, I fill in the 'subject' field and I enter some information in the large text field at the bottom of the event window (I don't know what this field is called).

I need to hold a number of dates (6-8) on the calendar for possible dinner meetings. Although the times will stay the same for each dinner, the day of the week will vary. Is there a way to pick and choose dates rather than select repeating days of the week?

I've set up a Outlook 2003 to upload free/busy info to an ftp site. The file uploads sometimes, but when I go to the site it has 0 bytes. Does anyone have an idea of what this might be? Thanks,
