We have recently moved from GroupWise to Exchange / Outlook 2003 and need some help. We would like to be able to setup all exchange / outlook accounts with universal "Read" access to the users calendar as default. Is this possible?

I'm using Windows XP and when I try to enter an appointment, it reads "Could not save item". It also does not highlight the days I have appointments like it used to. Any answers?

I work for a very meeting-oriented organization. Our current calendaring application allows us to create a meeting and immediately block the attendees' calendars as tentative whether they have the calendar app open or not.

In the old Outlook I only had all the tasks in the same folder, now I have it in several, but dispite all my efforts it seems that the tasks don't show up in the tasks view of the calendar. They only appear if they come from my default tasks folder. Can someone help me?

My boss has always shared his calendar with me in Office 2000. We have just upgraded to Office 2003. I can still see his calendar but I don't get any new updates and it keeps telling us to share we need to have Exhange Server 2003. We do not have this and have only two computers ...

I have created multiple calendars, and want to share specific ones. MS Online advises "A subfolder within your Calendar folder—not shared unless you choose to do that", yet Office Outlook Help states "You can only open the default Outlook folders for each item type. For example, ...
