I am trying to print more than the 3 lines which Outlook allows in the
autopreview, without printing in memo style.  Some events have no comments
and some have fifteen lines, and I would like to get it to print in table
style, but print all of the comments regardless of lenght.

When I go to Calendar and click New Appointment, it uses 10 minutes as the
default.  However, if I simply double-click on the calendar to open a new
appointment, it sets the reminder to 18 hours.  This ...

late model hotrod laptop. XPpro. Off2003pro. set up a recurring task with a
reminder for the day before. the first time the task comes due everything
works fine. the next time it comes due no reminder.   hum?

Is it possible that a normal user may allow other users to modify his/her
calender, but the others also should have no special rights.
Is this possible at all?

We used to see past and future appointments in our group schedule. Suddenly
only the the current month and next month has entries. On the third month I
only see some recurring appointments but not the other future appointments.
Any appointments done for the past months are blank ...

My company has a public calendar in outlook.  We use it for meetings and
everything else.  We have started using this one .net calendar but it is a
real pain to get to work.  I was thinking there would be a way through
exchange 2000 to display the calendar on the web, where ...

When I create a new appointment in the Outlook Calendar, the default duration
is for half an hour. I want to change this to default to one hour.
I have looked thoutg all of the precerences, options and tools I could fine
and am stumped.

Is there a way to restrict a public calendar to open in only a few defined
views each time for all users?
Outlook 2000 running on Exchange 2000

I have a client who would like to change the Defult response that is
highlighted when she recieves a Meeting Request in Outlook.

I have quarterly meetings to schedule but cannot find directions on creating
a quarterly recurrence.  

I am using outlook 2003 SP1 and have configured my exchange server email
account in it.
The issue is when I open a recurring appointment it does not prompt for
opening the series or the occurence.

I need to publish my Outlook 2003 calendar (but stored in Public folder) to
my web site  using (Frontpage 2003) - perferebaly dynamically. Have Small
Business Server with Exhcange and Sharepoint (never used sharepoint
before ). What is the cleanest way of sharing our calendar?

I am having conflicts with outlook running on windows 98 and XP when sharing
a calendar. The calendar on XP adds one day to the event / appoinment
