print more than 3 lines of autopreview in Outlook calendar05 May 2005 02:29 GMT1
I am trying to print more than the 3 lines which Outlook allows in the
autopreview, without printing in memo style.  Some events have no comments
and some have fifteen lines, and I would like to get it to print in table
style, but print all of the comments regardless of lenght.

Outlook 2003 - Under Tools, Options, I set my default reminder to 10 minutes.
When I go to Calendar and click New Appointment, it uses 10 minutes as the
default.  However, if I simply double-click on the calendar to open a new

late model hotrod laptop. XPpro. Off2003pro. set up a recurring task with a
reminder for the day before. the first time the task comes due everything
works fine. the next time it comes due no reminder.   hum?

Is it possible that a normal user may allow other users to modify his/her
calender, but the others also should have no special rights.
Is this possible at all?

We used to see past and future appointments in our group schedule. Suddenly
only the the current month and next month has entries. On the third month I
only see some recurring appointments but not the other future appointments.
Any appointments done for the past months are blank ...

When I create a new appointment in the Outlook Calendar, the default duration
is for half an hour. I want to change this to default to one hour.
