User schedules a meeting, invites others, & when goes to open the meeting notice all the attendees invited are missing and so is the Tracking tab. On attendees's PC's the meeting notice is in tact, including everyone who is invited.

Outlook 2003 doesn't seem to have China (PRC) holidays. I live in China and need these holidays in my calendar. Can I download these from somewhere and import into the Outlook 2003 calendar?

There is a number in parenthsis beside the word "Calendar" in my folder list. I've been told that this indicates the number of unanswered appointments in the calendar. I would like to clear those appointments, but don't know how to locate the ones in question. Any ideas???

We need to e-mail an Outlook calendar view (week or month) to several organizations outside ours, some who don't use Outlook. Is there a way to do this from Outlook? Or do we just need to print it, scan it, & send the image?

Most managers in our organization have their secretary's book their meeting in Outlook Calendar (they are Delegates). In some situations the manager may need to alter the meeting for some reason, delete, modify date/time.
