I am having great problems with my calendar at present. I cannot delete / postpone / alter birthday reminders, and hence they come up every time I open Outlook. Unfortunately, this list is growing every day, and is getting rather long.

I want to offset my archived calender back a year from my current calendar. So I can easily compare what I did last year with this year. Is this even possible without scrolling?

Suddenly I can no longer open all of my recurring calendar items. When I try to open them I get the "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close" error message. Does anyone have any clues how to correct this?

I want to be able to move more than one appointment at a time. I would like to be able to highlight all appointments at once. Also, I would like to be able to copy them to multiple different days by doing a copy and paste through the clipboard process.

whenever I send a meeting and invite attendees, some people get the meeting with the wrong time (1-hour off). The time zones on both systems are the same.

I used to be able to add the year to someone's upcoming Birthday; "Joe's 14 Birthday" by ensuring the birth-year was the 1st instance of the recurring appointment. I think I did this in "Schedule Plus." Is that capabiltiy available in Outlook?
