I have a secretary on a small LAN using XP 200 SP3. When she starts Outlook all of the calendars for which she is a delegate automatically open. How can she turn this off?

All of a sudden, events that have been entered as day events are showing on our shared Outlook calendar with begin and end times--so instead of being a one day event, the calendar now shows the event as two days, which is incorrect. How do I correct this?

From today I am no longer able edit or add new appointments in Outlook 2003. If I click on "New Appointment" nothing happens or if I double-click on an existing one, nothing happens. Any idea why?
